Fascadale House

Fascadale was the centre of the Peninsula’s wild salmon netting station and its house sits just above the horseshoe of Fascadale Bay, the windows of Fascadale House capture views of turquoise water and rocky shoreline. Sit out on the patio or in the lounge with the sound of the waves on the shore and the invigorating salty sea air for company. Unwind in the sauna or simply by taking in the mesmerising views of the islands to the north. In less clement conditions there’s nothing like watching the drama of a winter storm unfold from the fireside. Be sure to pack binoculars – basking sharks, dolphins and whales are regularly sighted offshore.

The house has one double and three twin bedrooms, most are en-suite plus there is a separate toilet. There is a cooker, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher as well as fridge-freezer in the kitchen. The lounge has a television and DVD.

All of our properties are supplied by private water sources, burns or springs. The water is tested by the local authority environmental health department each year and is perfectly safe to drink and to use for washing or cooking. Guests who may prefer the taste of processed water rather than the real thing are welcome to bring their own supplies of drinking water.

On occasion, this cottage is available to book for 3 days at a time. Please phone our estate office to check availability.

Please note that we do not allow camper vans at the holiday cottages.
