From Cull to Counter – All on the Estate
We manage the entire process here on the estate:
Cull – Our deer are ethically and professionally culled as part of responsible wildlife management.
Butcher – Our skilled butchers prepare each cut with care and precision.
Sell – Everything is sold directly through our estate shop, ensuring complete traceability and unmatched freshness.
